Despite the announcement to ease Covid-19 restrictions on 19th July 2021, these still remain difficult times for all of us and we understand your worries and concerns and we will do whatever we can to support and assist you.

Our office is open and visitors are welcome but in the interests of safety, we request that all visitors make an appointment and enter the premises wearing a mask (unless exempt) and use the hand sanitiser provided.

We will continue to conduct all property visits in a Covid safe manor and wear appropriate PPE. If you, or members of your family are self-isolating or suspect that you may have Covid-19, please let us know so that we can make alternate arrangements.

Please let us know if you have been affected financially as a direct result of the pandemic, so that we can work with you, in conjunction with your Landlord and assist you in finding the best solution to resolve these difficulties. If you are eligible, we suggest that you apply for Universal Credit or any other form of government assistance that is available. Further information can be found on
