Property Co-ordinator

Permanent | Full-time | Bicester

Are you organised, proactive and enjoy working with people? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We are an independent, well-established estate agency with an excellent reputation for providing a professional, personal service. We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering outstanding customer care.

As our Property Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our busy office, supporting the smooth day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio across Bicester and the surrounding villages. Every day is different, offering a varied mix of customer service, administration, property visits and problem-solving.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day management of our residential lettings portfolio.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Handling enquiries by telephone, email and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings.
  • Preparing property particulars, tenancy agreements, inventories and other documentation.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate property and client records.
  • Supporting the wider lettings team with the smooth running of the office.
  • Helping identify opportunities to grow the business through exceptional customer service and positive client relationships.

As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for you to develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people and has the ability to manage a varied workload with care and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will be representing our business in your day-to-day communication with clients and contractors, so a professional, clear and accurate style of communication is important.

You’ll have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly, professional and positive attitude.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative.
  • Good IT skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Previous experience in estate agency or lettings would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. We are happy to train the right person if you have the right attitude, are eager to learn and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Why Join Us?

We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built and the relationships we’ve developed with our clients. We believe our people are our greatest asset, so we offer a supportive, friendly working environment where your contribution is genuinely valued.

If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be trusted, appreciated and have the opportunity to grow within a successful independent business, we’d love to hear from you.
